My apt was perfect This vintage building has great charm of a world gone by. So happy I found this place it feels like a family the way tenants were treated in old Portland. Not today like most places were you are treated like an object. Levi is the heart of this community which beats with health and strength

|Recommended: NoHighland Court is great. We lived there for three years and loved it. The building was built in the early 1900s and has a lot of old school character. Our unit had original hardwood floors, high ceilings, a balcony, lots of natural light, and an old timey wall phone to buzz your friends in. You can walk to everything you need - groceries, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, post office, doctors, and parks the Rose Garden If you live in Northwest typically your only option is street parking, hence the 3 stars on parking. Also it's a bustling area hence the 3 stars on noise. The building manager Levi is wonderful. We definitely recommend Highland Court.

|Recommended: YesLet me start off first by saying that Levi the building manager has been an absolute dream to have around he's friends, responsive, and does his best to assist when needed. The building is old in a cool vintage way not a ew gross way and has tons of charm. I've lived here for about a year now my first apartment in Portland and couldn't have asked for more except for maybe easier parking but hey that's the price you pay when you're literally in the heart of a city. The elevator can be obnoxious sometimes but the issue is always resolved ASAP. They have someone cleaning the common area every Monday morning which is super nice and leaves me feeling safer especially during the height of covid. I would absolutely recommend these apartments. They're also super dog friendly so you can't go wrong there

|Recommended: YesGorgeous historic building full of character. Apartments are spacious with lots of charm. Balconies on west facing units are a huge plus. Common areas could use some attention regular vacuuming carpet cleaning specifically but overall a good value for the area.
